1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except as specifically outlined in this policy. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms and charges associated with your selected plan.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please email us at support@sitedownmonitor.com with your account details.

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, all fees are considered final and non-refundable. This includes renewals, plan upgrades, and any additional services purchased.

4. Trial Periods

If a free or discounted trial period is offered, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Refunds will not be issued once the trial has converted into a paid subscription.

5. Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable. Please ensure that you cancel prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please notify us within 15 days of the billing date. We will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund or account credit.

7. Payment Methods

Refunds (when applicable) will be issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Third-Party Services

If you purchased our service through a third-party vendor, reseller, or app store, your purchase is subject to their terms and conditions. Please contact the respective vendor for any refund requests.

Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions or other policies. Users engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior will be permanently ineligible for refunds.

12. Force Majeure

Sitedown Monitor is not responsible for failures or delays in service due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, or strikes. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

13. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancelling will prevent future billing, but no partial or pro-rated refunds will be given for the remaining time on your current subscription cycle.

14. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.
